Sahacharadi Tailam is a very famous Ayurvedic formulation from Kerala that used in treatment of Vata imbalance disorders, muscle and joint stiffness and convulsions, rhinitis and sinusitis. It also very useful in the treatment of varicosity.

Usually it is used fro massage but also it can be used orally in small doses.

Sahacharadi tailam is useful in gynaecological disorders, vaginal douche, it is also used in many Ayurvedic treatments such as Basti (Rectal enema), Greeva Basti, Janu Basti etc.

Indications: It is useful in Ayurvedic treatment of Vata diseases, tremors, convulsions, psychosis, stiffness of thigh, muscle cramps, and muscle wasting.

In the treatment of varicosity, the application of Sahacharadi tailam has to be made in the upward direction.
