Order
By placing an order, you agree to purchase the product on the following terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the price and availability of the goods listed in the order.
To place an order in our amrit-veda.com store, you must be over 18 years of age and have a valid credit or debit card in your name.
We reserve the right to reject any order or request made by you if it is not related to an order previously placed by you and confirmed by us.
If your order is accepted, we will notify you by email. By placing an order, you acknowledge that all information you provide to us is true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order, and that you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign goods and services may fluctuate. All prices are valid only at the time of order.
Shipping times may be subject to delays in your chosen postal service or force majeure for which we are not responsible.
Prices and availability
Although we strive to ensure the accuracy of all details, descriptions and prices presented on this website, errors may occur. If we find an error in the price of any item you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to confirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel your subscription and have already paid for the item, you will receive a full refund in accordance with our return policy.
Shipping cost is included in the total cost of the order and is displayed on a separate line in the final part of the invoice.
Payment
When placing an order, we carry out the standard pre-authorization of your payment card to ensure that it has sufficient funds to complete the transaction. An amount equal to the cost of your order and delivery will be blocked (but not debited) on your card. The money blocked on your card will be considered as collateral against the value of the goods you want to purchase. After the goods are shipped and an email with a track number is sent to you, the blocked amount will be finally debited from the card.
Delivery
Shipping cost depends on the carrier you choose, shipping method, weight and geographic location of your country. The exact shipping cost will be indicated at checkout.
Below are a few more points related to shipping:
- Each order will only be shipped to one destination address provided at the time of payment for that order. If you want to ship items to different addresses, you need to place separate orders for each address.
- We usually ship the order within one business day from the date of payment. However, in some cases, the order may take longer, 2-3 business days. In the event of such a delay, we will certainly notify you.
- We ship orders on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding public holidays.
Refund / Cancellation
We check all goods for tightness of packaging (except that they are packed in shrink wrap) and reject all illiquid assets even during acceptance to the warehouse. Also, the packing of your order in a box is carried out under the webcam in order to exclude the possibility of sending you defective goods as much as possible.
You can return the product to us if it did not suit you or did not like it, if it does not belong to Ayurvedic preparations, dietary supplements and vitamins.
However, you can return the product of inadequate quality (received in a damaged or defective condition), if this damage did not occur during delivery (the packing box is intact and does not have strong wrinkles).
Please inspect your order upon receipt of your post office or in the presence of a courier (in the case of courier delivery).
If you think that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging of your order is damaged or badly wrinkled, please refuse to accept the shipment and immediately email us at amrit-veda@yahoo.com with your order number.
You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the goods at amrit-veda@yahoo.com with the order number of the photo of the substandard product.
Returns will NOT be accepted in the cases stated below:
- You want to return an item because it did not fit you. According to the legislation of Ukraine, Ayurvedic preparations, dietary supplements and vitamins cannot be exchanged or returned.
- A return request will be made 48 hours after you receive the item.
- The item has been used, opened or is not in its original condition.
- The item is returned without original packaging.
We will make a full refund for goods of inadequate quality within one working day after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
It is important that the product is shipped back in its original packaging, with the original manufacturer's tags, including the box, the manufacturer's packaging, if any, and all other items originally included with the products shipped.
After confirming the return, you will receive a message to the email address specified in the order. If you have received an email from us confirming your request for a refund, then rest assured that we have also initiated a refund request from the financial company that handles payments in our store.
Refunds to amrit-veda.com are subject to the payment method used when the order was originally placed. Below are the return methods initiated by us for different payment options:
- Credit Card / Debit Card / Bank Account / Paypal
If a credit card, debit card or bank account was used as a payment method when placing an order, your refund will be returned to the appropriate credit / debit card / internet bank account provided at the time the order was placed. We will initiate returns within a maximum of 2 business days after we receive the return.
However, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the chargeback and reflect it on your credit / debit card statement or bank account. Please contact your bank directly in case of any delays after confirming the return from our store.
Approximate timeframes for refunds from the date of cancellation:
Credit card or account: 5-10 business days;
Skrill: 10-14 business days.

Amrit Veda (amrit-veda.com) respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting it in all respects. We collect and store only information that is directly related to your orders and technical information that is necessary for the correct operation of the online store.
