Speman has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and diuretic effect, which is especially important in the treatment of prostatic hypertrophy. The action of Speman manifests itself in the stimulation of spermatogenesis, increasing sperm count, improving their morphological structure, increase sperm motility and viscosity of semen. The medicine eliminates the congestion in the hypertrophied prostate gland reduces its size, contributes to complete emptying of the bladder, thus reducing the amount of urination in patients, especially at night.

Indications:
prostatic hypertrophy, male infertility due to oligospermia and low sperm motility.
Dosage/Application:
- hypertrophy of the prostate gland is prescribed 2 tablets 2-3 times a day, to further reduce the dose to maintenance (1 tablet twice a day) or as directed by your doctor.
- in case of infertility associated with oligospermia, prescribed, 2 tablets 2-3 times a day for 4-6 months.
