Dosage/Application:
4-6 drops of warm oil into each nostril or as directed by your doctor.
Note: for best results warm the place around the nose warm towel for 3-5 minutes (to heat the towel regularly dipping it in hot water). Lying to hold your head far back as possible (to go so the head was freely hanging down) and drip into each nostril 4-6 drops adults and 2-4 drops to the children, soak for 5-10 minutes. Then good to blow your nose and rinse throat with a soda solution.
